A Spring Vintage Fashion Event Brings New Hope & Lambertville to Life
On Saturday, May 2, 2026, the river towns of New Hope and Lambertville transformed into a living celebration of vintage fashion, artistry, creativity, and community during Reinventing the Classics: A Spring Vintage Fashion Event.

What unfolded was far more than a fashion showcase — it was an immersive experience that blended timeless style, local culture, and the unmistakable spirit that makes these historic towns so inspiring.
Across five unique locations and featuring eight exceptional vintage vendors and designers, visitors were invited to experience fashion not on a runway, but woven naturally throughout the streets, shops, and atmosphere of both communities.

The day began with an exciting group photo shoot at Chapter 111, where models gathered in extraordinary vintage looks before heading out into town. From 12:30 to 2:30 p.m., the streets became the stage as models moved between locations, turning sidewalks, storefronts, alleyways, and gathering spaces into moments of living fashion photography.

Every corner offered something unforgettable — elegant silhouettes from another era, bold retro statements, intricate vintage jewelry, handcrafted pieces, and timeless styling that captured the imagination of visitors and shoppers throughout the afternoon.

Participating locations included:
People’s Store @peoplesstoreantiques
Chapter 111 @chapter_____3
Barebone Vintage @barebonevintage
Ditto Vintage @ditto_vintage
Bucks County Dry Goods @bcdrygoods
The event also featured extraordinary guest designers and collectors whose work elevated the experience even further.
Special thanks go to Lori Gettis/Rare Daisy of Stone House Antiques in Doylestown PA, who presented a stunning collection of vintage jewelry filled with character, craftsmanship, and timeless elegance. We were equally honored to feature Eve Voorhees of Resurrection Studios, whose one-of-a-kind handmade vintage creations brought artistry and originality to the forefront.
Additional participating vendors included:
Anthony W Vintage
Bees Attic Vintage
The creativity and talent displayed throughout the day were truly exceptional. Each shop curated its own distinct aesthetic and atmosphere, while the models brought remarkable energy, authenticity, and style that made every location feel alive.
Most importantly, the event became a celebration of collaboration — local businesses supporting one another, artists and designers sharing their passions, and communities coming together through creativity and fashion.

The response and enthusiasm throughout the day exceeded all expectations, and the extraordinary professional photography captured during the event reflects the beauty, individuality, and spirit that made this gathering so memorable. These images preserve not only the fashion itself, but also the movement, energy, and artistic soul of the day.

Based on the overwhelming excitement and turnout, we hope Reinventing the Classics will become the first of many future vintage fashion events in New Hope and Lambertville.
