1800’s Tobacco Leaf decorated Settee

Rare Sheraton High Style Painted Fancy Settee circa 1810-1815.
It was made in the style of Thomas Renshaw with decoration by John Barnhart, Baltimore, MD. Exceptional intricate paint decoration with feather plum crest rail, bellflower decorations throughout with “Tobacco Leaf” decoration on the arms, possibly for the Virginia market-southern folk-art example.
